We know computers aren't everyone’s best friend. Some of us can fix a boiler blindfolded but still fight with a PDF form — and that’s okay. Whether it’s taking home your NYC License Renewal Guide book, staying a few extra minutes after class, or reviewing together over FaceTime or Zoom, we’ll make sure your renewal is completed accurately, on time, and stress-free.

We will get your renewal done asap
First and foremost: your DOB NOW account belongs to you. We will never ask for, or use, your password or login credentials — and you should never share them with anyone. What we will do is make sure you know exactly what to do once you log in yourself.
For anyone who wants a little extra help, you’re welcome to stay after class -bring your laptop and log in to your account to upload your paperwork. OR book a one-on-one session for another day.
During that time, we’ll help you:
- Print / organize your renewal paperwork - make sure your paperwork is clear and won't be rejected because it is illegible.
- Make sure your documents meet DOB requirements. (convert physical paperwork to PDF files for uploading)
- Walk through the online upload process while you’re logged in on your own account
- Review any renewal forms, insurance updates, or affidavits before you submit them
